Sunrise Senior Living is seeking an Activities Assistant to lead daily activities and enrichment programs for residents. You will encourage participation and help create meaningful experiences that brighten residents' days and strengthen community connections.

You will prepare calendars, escort residents, maintain spaces, support volunteers, and document participation to meet regulatory guidelines while ensuring safety and well-being.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to lead small group activities and assist residents.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily activities, events and enrichment programs for residents.
• Encourage and support resident participation in programs.
• Prepare activity calendars and newsletters.
• Escort residents to and from programs as needed.
• Maintain organized activity spaces and supplies.
• Support volunteer engagement and community partnerships.
• Document participation per regulatory guidelines.
• Monitor resident engagement and communicate changes appropriately.
