Qualifications

• Associate’s Degree or equivalent from two-year college or technical school preferred.
• 1-3 years of experience in assisted living/long-term care or senior population exposure preferred.
• Ability to communicate effectively in writing and verbally; speak residents' primary language.
• Ability to inspire, encourage, and motivate older adults.
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel, and basic computer applications.

Responsibilities

• Plan and oversee a diverse calendar of resident activities and events.
• Coordinate and lead community programs from setup through clean-up.
• Partner with residents and team to create engaging experiences.
• Encourage resident participation and adapt activities to varied interests and abilities.
• Maintain accurate scheduling and timely communication.
• Other duties as assigned.
