This role requires creative planning and the ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends for events. An Associate's Degree and experience in assisted living are preferred, along with strong verbal,

• 1-3 years of experience in assisted living or long term care.
• Preferred experience with memory care patients.
• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the development and oversight of resident activities.
