Job summary

TerraBella Senior Living is seeking an Activities & Events Coordinator to create engaging programs for residents across memory care and assisted living. You will plan, schedule, and oversee activities that support physical, social, and emotional well-being.

This role requires excellent communication, creativity, and the ability to motivate older adults. Flexible hours include evenings and alternating weekends, with opportunities for professional growth.

Qualifications

• Associate's Degree preferred in related field.
• 1-3 years experience in assisted living or memory care preferred.
• Strong verbal, written and presentation skills.
• Proficient with computer software.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the development and oversight of resident activities.
• Plan, schedule, and conduct programs that provide physical, intellectual, social, emotional and spiritual opportunities for our residents in our community.
• Attend all community planned functions and help coordinate the event from beginning to end including set-up, running, and breaking down for the event.
• Assist in preparing and organizing a calendar of events.
• Must be willing to work flexible hours (evenings and every other weekend) for planned activity events.
