Job summary

TerraBella Senior Living is seeking an Activities & Events Coordinator to enhance resident life through planned programs and events. You will assist in developing activities, coordinate calendars, and ensure events run smoothly from setup to takedown.

The role requires flexibility to work evenings and every other weekend, with opportunities for growth within a large senior living organization.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree in social work, recreation, sociology, psychology or related field preferred.
• 1–3 years experience in assisted living or long-term care with memory care patients preferred.
• Proficient verbal, written and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the development and oversight of resident activities.
• Plan, schedule and conduct programs for physical, intellectual, social, emotional and spiritual well-being.
• Attend community functions and coordinate events from setup to breakdown.
• Assist in preparing and organizing a calendar of events.
• Willing to work flexible hours including evenings and every other weekend.
