Job summary

TerraBella Senior Living is seeking an Activities & Events Coordinator to develop and oversee resident activities and events. You will plan programs that provide physical, intellectual, social, and emotional opportunities for residents within the community.

The role requires coordinating events from start to finish and supporting a calendar of events while working flexible hours, including evenings and every other weekend. Prior experience in assisted living or memory care is preferred.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years experience in assisted living or memory care preferred.
• Proficient verbal, written and presentation skills.
• Ability to encourage and motivate older adults.
• Computer skills including Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Demonstrated creative ability.
• Strong skills in organization, delegation and consensus building.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the development and oversight of resident activities.
• Plan, schedule and conduct programs for physical, intellectual, social, emotional and spiritual opportunities for residents.
• Attend community functions and help coordinate events from setup to breakdown.
• Assist in preparing and organizing a calendar of events.
• Willing to work flexible hours including evenings and every other weekend.
