Job summary

TerraBella Senior Living is looking for an Activities Coordinator to develop and oversee engaging programs for residents. You will plan activities that support physical, cognitive, social, and spiritual well‑being within the community.

Responsibilities include coordinating events, managing calendars, and assisting with setup and execution. The role requires flexibility, with evenings and weekends as needed to support planned activities.

Qualifications

• Must have strong verbal, written and presentation skills.
• Experience in assisted living or long-term care is preferred.
• Associates degree in social work, recreation, sociology, psychology or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist in developing and overseeing resident activities.
• Plan and conduct programs for physical, intellectual, social, emotional and spiritual well‑being.
• Attend community events and coordinate setup, run, and breakdown.
• Organize a calendar of events.
• Work flexible hours including evenings and every other weekend for activities.
