Job summary

Primrose Retirement Communities is seeking a compassionate Life Enrichment Coordinator to plan, coordinate, and lead activities that enhance the social, emotional, intellectual, and spiritual well-being of residents. You will foster connections, celebrate individuality, and promote quality of life across the community.

Ideal candidates will have a high school diploma and experience in senior living, recreation, or related fields, with strong communication and organizational skills.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Certification or related experience preferred.
• Experience in senior living, healthcare, recreation, or education preferred.
• Passion for creating meaningful experiences to enhance residents' quality of life.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
• Excellent organizational, planning, and time management abilities.
• Ability to lead engaging group activities and build positive resident relationships.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Valid driverf4 s license with acceptable driving record.
• Ability to transport residents to outings and events.
• Available to work occasional evenings, weekends, holidays, and special events.

Qualifications
