Job summary

Stoneybrook Assisted Living in Manhattan, KS is looking for a talented Activities Director to plan events and activities for our community of active seniors.

Under the supervision of the Executive Director, you will organize large and small group activities, prepare monthly calendars, newsletters, and name tags, and participate in in-service training while caring for plants and pets as needed.

Responsibilities

• Plan activities to meet resident’s specific needs, to include large group, small group, and individual participation as scheduled.
• Compose monthly contributions, including the monthly Activities calendar, pass out newsletter, post daily contributions on menu board, date board and pass out name tags.
• Plant and Pet care.
• Participate in Department in-service training.
