Job summary

Koelsch Communities is seeking an energetic Active Living Coordinator for The Gardens at Laguna Springs in Elk Grove, CA. The role involves designing and delivering engaging activities, entertainment, and events to enrich residents' lives, working closely with staff and families.

You will lead activities, coordinate with the Living Well program, and ensure programming aligns with resident interests and needs. Multishift schedules and full-/part-time opportunities are available.

Qualifications

• Must be drug-free and submit to drug screening upon hire.
• Criminal background check may be required by state regulations.

Responsibilities

• Engage residents one-on-one and in groups.
• Facilitate games, conversations, exercise classes, art and music, trips, and special events.
• Partner with the Active Living Director, other Active Living Coordinators, and Caregivers for Living Well program.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
