Job summary

The Bellingham at West Chester is seeking a Life Enrichment Coordinator to plan, schedule, and coordinate meaningful activities that support residents’ physical, mental and social well‑being. This full‑time role involves coordinating programs across memory care and wellness initiatives, with a focus on a diverse resident population.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Associate’s degree preferred.
• Six months experience with seniors in activities/life enrichment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist in planning, scheduling, and coordinating resident activities monthly.
• Promote a healthy community culture for residents and staff.
• Provide educational opportunities on disease prevention and wellness.
• Lead daily resident activities per community standards.
• Prepare and distribute monthly calendars per community standards.
• Plan diverse programs for residents with varying needs and memory care stages.
