Job summary

The Bellingham at West Chester is hiring a Life Enrichment Coordinator to plan, schedule and coordinate meaningful activities for residents, supporting their physical, mental and social well-being.

Salary starts at $18/hour with a full-time schedule (weekly Sunday through Thursday) and a benefits package including health, dental, vision, 401k and PTO options. Join a team dedicated to an extraordinary life for seniors.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Associate’s degree preferred.
• Six months experience working with seniors in activities/life enrichment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Director of Life Enrichment with planning, scheduling, and coordinating all resident activities including special events.
• Promote a healthy community culture for all residents and employees.
• Provide educational opportunities for residents and staff in disease prevention and the Wellness Program.
• Lead daily resident activities per Community standards.
• Prepare and distribute monthly calendars.
• Plan diverse programs to meet needs of a diverse resident population.
