Job summary

Juniper Communities seeks a compassionate part-time Activities Assistant to support the Connections program for residents. You will help coordinate daily activities to promote resident leisure, wellbeing, and engagement, including data entry and family meetings.

The role requires a high school diploma, preferred bachelor’s in related fields, and CPR/First Aid certification. Prior healthcare or service experience is a plus; valid driver’s license may be required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Therapeutic Recreation, Psychology, Gerontology, or related field preferred.
• CPR and First Aid certification required.

Responsibilities

• Entering resident information in multiple systems.
• Attending care plan meetings with families and residents.
• Collecting resident profiles.
• Assist in planning, developing, organizing, implementing, and evaluating the Connections activity program for the community.
