Responsibilities

• Develop and implement activity programs that cater to residents' needs and interests
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to create personalized plans of care
• Coordinate and facilitate activities (arts, crafts, games, entertainment)
• Assess resident needs and tailor activities accordingly
• Maintain records of participation and schedules
• Monitor and evaluate activity programs and suggest improvements
• Participate in resident assessments and care plan development as needed
