Develop and implement activity programs that cater to the diverse needs and interests of our residents
Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop personalized plans of care that incorporate recreational and therapeutic activities
Coordinate and facilitate activities, including arts and crafts, games, sports, and entertainment events
Assess resident needs and preferences to ensure activities are tailored to their abilities and interests
Maintain accurate records of resident participation and activity schedules
