Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead and participate in daily activities with residents under the Activities Director's guidance.
• Set up and break down rooms, equipment, and supplies before and after activities.
• Escort residents to activities, assisting those with mobility or cognitive needs.
• Assist with planned outings and transportation to community events.
• Maintain inventory of activity equipment and report shortages.
• Encourage resident participation and adapt activities to varying levels of care.
