Qualifications

• Plan and coordinate resident activities, programs, events, trips, and outings.
• Create and distribute calendars, flyers, reminders, and activity communications.
• Maintain activity records, attendance tracking, vendor documentation, and PO support.
• Provide resident-facing support and assist with administrative and front desk needs.

Responsibilities

• Research, plan, promote, and implement a variety of resident activities, events, programs, trips, and outings.
• Collaborate with residents, staff, committees, vendors, and performers to align programming with resident interests.
• Prepare monthly activity calendars, weekly reminders, flyers, and event communications.
• Track attendance, maintain activity records, coordinate birthday celebrations, and manage activity-related documentation.
• Coordinate vendors, submit check requests, manage purchase orders, and support budget-related activity processes.
• Provide administrative, front desk, community event, safety meeting, and special project support as needed.
