Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 3–5 years working with the elderly preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Director of Life Enrichment in developing activities.
• Supervise all volunteers when needed.
• Lead activities on scheduled workdays and special events.
• Organize games and craft programs for residents.
• Plan seasonal celebrations and group events.
