Job summary

Legend Senior Living in McMurray, PA is seeking a Life Enrichment (Activities) Assistant to plan and execute engaging resident activities. You will develop calendars, assist with budgeting, coordinate with outside organizations, and handle setup and cleanup to ensure vibrant program delivery.

Ideal candidates have a valid driver’s license, willingness to transport residents, and a passion for seniors. You’ll work evenings/weekends as needed and contribute to a high-quality, Holistic Wellness

Qualifications

Current, valid driver’s license is required.
Age 25 or older to meet company insurance requirements.
Willingness and ability to transport residents in company vehicles.
Prefer experience with seniors, event planning, lesson planning, and demonstrated creative skills.

Responsibilities

Plan and implement resident activities, including calendar development, budgeting, and coordinating with outside organizations.
Ensure activities meet residents' needs and preferences.
Oversee a specific life enrichment component as assigned (e.g., Memory Care).
Coordinate transportation of residents to and from events, including driving company vehicles.
Communicate effectively with residents and staff.
Adhere to company policies, procedures, and safety guidelines.
