Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead engaging activities, events, and entertainment to promote socialization and well-being for residents.
• Promote participation by communicating upcoming activities to residents.
• Tailor activities to resident needs by assessing cognitive and physical abilities for inclusivity.
• Prepare spaces and organize equipment for activities.
• Lead and document individual and group activities and track participation and outcomes.
