Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED/HSE preferred.
• 0-1 years of relevant experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead engaging programs by organizing activities and events for socialization and well-being.
• Promote participation by communicating upcoming activities to residents and inviting them to join.
• Tailor activities to resident needs by assessing cognitive and physical abilities for inclusive options.
• Prepare activity spaces and ensure all equipment and supplies are ready for use.
• Lead and document activities such as arts and crafts, games, music sessions, and social gatherings.
