• Promote participation by communicating upcoming activities to residents and encouraging involvement.
• Tailor activities to resident needs by assessing cognitive and physical abilities for inclusive activities.
• Prepare spaces and organizing activity areas, ensuring equipment and supplies are ready.
• Lead and document activities such as arts and crafts, games, music, exercise, and social gatherings, noting participation and outcomes.
