Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED/HSE preferred.
• 0-1 Years of Relevant experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead programs and activities that promote socialization, creativity, and well-being for residents.
• Promote participation by communicating upcoming activities to residents.
• Tailor activities to resident needs by assessing cognitive and physical abilities to determine appropriate levels and inclusivity.
• Prepare activity spaces and ensure equipment and supplies are ready for use.
• Lead and document individual and group activities, recording participation and outcomes.
