Responsibilities

• Lead recreational and social activities that promote resident socialization, creativity, and physical well‑being.
• Promote participation by communicating upcoming activities and events to residents and encouraging involvement.
• Tailor activities to resident needs by assessing cognitive and physical abilities to determine appropriate activity levels and inclusivity.
• Prepare spaces and organize equipment and supplies to ensure activities run smoothly.
• Lead and document activities such as arts and crafts, games, music, exercise, and social gatherings, tracking participation and outcomes.
