Job summary

Bethesda Senior Living Communities seeks an Activity Assistant to join its vibrant senior living community in Loveland, CO. You will plan, organize, and lead activities that enhance residents' physical, mental, and emotional well-being, creating meaningful daily experiences.

The role supports the Activity Director, coordinates daily calendars, and assists with tours and volunteer recruitment. A compassionate, multitasking team player with strong writing and communication skills is essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous experience in a care facility desired.
• Certification as Activity Director, Recreational Therapist, or Occupational Therapist is desired.
• Must have experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), Publisher, and Print Shop.

Responsibilities

• Plans, organizes and participates in daily activities and special events.
• Assists in New Resident Orientation.
• Tracks attendance and encourages resident participation.
• Provides transportation for residents as needed.
• Assists Activity Director with monthly calendar and quarterly newsletter.
