Harborview at Doylestown is seeking an energetic and compassionate Full-Time Activities Assistant to plan and lead recreational and social activities for residents, bringing meaning and enjoyment to each day. Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED
• Friendly, outgoing and compassionate personality
• Reliable and dependable
• Able to multitask and adapt to changing needs
• Strong teamwork and communication skills
• Previous long-term care experience helpful but not required
• Available to work every other weekend

Responsibilities

• Assist with planning and leading recreational and social activities
• Encourage residents to participate in facility programs and events
• Help prepare activity areas, materials, and supplies
• Provide individual and group activities based on residents’ interests
• Support special events, celebrations, and outings
• Build positive relationships with residents and team members
• Maintain a safe and engaging environment
