Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Prefer 1 year of experience coordinating or teaching activities with seniors.
• Must pass a Criminal Background check and Health Screening tests.

Responsibilities

• Help organize, schedule, promote, facilitate, and direct activities and excursions for residents.
• Develop and manage community volunteers.
• Communicate effectively with residents, families, visitors, and staff.
• Maintain a safe environment by following safety standards.
• Able to drive community vehicles.
• Encourage teamwork across departments.
