Qualifications

• Fire and passion for working with seniors.
• Flexible, fun, and energetic personality.
• Prior experience as an Activities Assistant in LTC/SNF/AL/MC setting preferred.
• Activities Certification preferred.
• One year of experience conducting activities and recreational services within the past five years preferred.
• Professional image in both appearance and behavior.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.

• Assist the Activities Director in the assessment, selection, organization, and implementation of activities and recreational services to address residents' needs and interests.
