Sunrise Senior Living is seeking an Activities Assistant to help lead daily activities and enrichment programs for residents in Illinois. You will encourage participation, assist with calendars and newsletters, and escort residents to programs."

With strong communication and organizational skills, you will maintain spaces, support volunteers, and document participation per guidelines while contributing to a joyful, purposeful living environment for seniors.

Qualificações

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to lead small group activities.
• Senior living experience preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Assist in leading daily activities, events, and enrichment programs.
• Encourage and support resident participation.
• Help prepare activity calendars and newsletters.
• Escort residents to and from programs as needed.
• Maintain organized activity spaces and supplies.
• Support volunteer engagement and community partnerships.
• Document participation per regulatory guidelines.
• Monitor resident engagement and communicate changes appropriately.
