Tutera Senior Living & Health Care is hiring an Activities Assistant at Benton Rehab and Healthcare Center in Illinois. You will assist with assessing, selecting, organizing, and implementing activities to address the individual needs and interests of residents.

We look for a passion for seniors, a flexible, energetic personality, and experience in LTC settings. Certification is preferred and candidates with past activity/recreation roles are welcome to apply.

Qualifications

• Passion for working with seniors.
• Flexible, fun and energetic personality.
• Prior LTC/SNF/AL/MC experience preferred.
• Activities Certification preferred.
• One year of activity/recreation experience in the past five years preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Activities Director in assessing and implementing activities to address residents' interests.
• Support organization and scheduling of recreational services.
