Clearwater Living's senior living community in Rohnert Park, CA is seeking a part-time Lifestyle Assistant to support residents through planned activities and programs.

The role emphasizes outstanding customer service, genuine care, and alignment with Clearwater Living's core values. Schedule includes Friday through Sunday, with pay range $20.00-$23.00 per hour and excellent benefits.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• AA degree preferred or equivalent industry experience.
• First Aid Certification preferred.
• Health or Fitness Certification preferred.
• Background clearances as required by regulations.
• Must meet health requirements including TB.

Responsabilités

• Attend and assist in planned activities and events.
• Survey residents to determine activity interest.
• Encourage residents to participate in activities.
• Create flyers, calendars, newsletters and update social media as needed.
• Assist with Marketing events.
• Coordinate with volunteers for scheduling and training.
• Assist with scheduling transportation as needed.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and report issues promptly.
• Maintain Clearwater Living standards and professional image.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
