Job summary

Clearwater Living in Austin, TX, is seeking a part-time Lifestyle Assistant to support activity programs for residents. Weekend availability is required to help with planned activities, events, and promotions. You will also assist in marketing efforts and volunteer coordination while ensuring safety and community standards.

The ideal candidate will have a High School Diploma or GED (AA degree preferred) and be willing to drive the community vehicle. First Aid certification is a plus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; AA degree preferred.
• Willingness to drive community vehicle.
• First Aid Certification preferred.
• Background clearances as required by government regulations.
• Must meet health requirements, including TB.

Responsibilities

• Attend and assist in planned activities and events, including set-up and tear-down.
• Survey residents and observe preferences to determine activities of interest.
• Encourage resident participation in activities.
• Create flyers, calendars, newsletters and update social media as needed.
• Participate in Marketing events.
• Coordinate and work with volunteers (scheduling, training, day-to-day tasks).
• Schedule transportation or drive vehicles as needed.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and report issues promptly.
• Maintain Clearwater Living standards and professional appearance.
• Represent Clearwater Living values daily.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
