LCB Senior Living, LLC in Watertown, MA is seeking an Activities Assistant to plan, develop, organize and implement resident activities. You will coordinate transportation, foster engagement, and support volunteer programs to enhance life at The Residence at Watertown Square.

A high school diploma or GED is preferred; experience in recreational therapy or gerontology is welcomed. A valid MA driver’s license is required with no more than two moving violations in three years.

Qualificações

• Knowledge to develop and implement activities.
• Ability to motivate residents to participate daily.
• Must communicate effectively in English, both orally and in writing.

Responsabilidades

• Plan, develop, organize, and implement residence activities.
• Coordinate transportation to community activities.
• Assist in maintaining volunteer programs and residence store.
• Prepare monthly newsletter and weekly calendar.
• Drive residents in van as needed.
