LCB Senior Living is seeking a Memory Care Activities Assistant at The Residence at Boylston Place in Chestnut Hill, MA. This full-time role involves planning and implementing activities to engage residents, while maintaining a compassionate, supportive environment.

Responsibilities include coordinating transportation, expanding volunteer programs, and assisting with newsletters. A high school diploma or GED is preferred, with a valid driver’s license and strong English communication.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is preferred.
• Previous experience in recreational therapy or gerontology is preferred.
• Valid driver’s license in the state of work with minimal moving violations as per insurance requirements.

Responsibilities

• Assist in planning, developing, organizing, and implementing activities for residents.
• Develop ideas to improve the Activities Program.
• Maintain warm, professional relationships with residents and families.
• Arrange transportation for residents to community activities.
