LCB Senior Living at The Residence at Pearl Street in Reading, MA is seeking part-time Activity Assistants to support residents with daily recreation and events. You will help plan, develop, organize and implement activities, coordinate transportation, and assist with calendars and newsletters.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma or GED, experience in recreational therapy or gerontology is a plus, and a valid driver’s license with a clean record.

Formación

• Planning, developing, organizing and implementing activities.
• Ability to create interest and motivate residents to participate daily.
• Requires clear communication in English, both written and spoken.
• Must be able to lift up to 15 lbs and work independently.

Responsabilidades

• Assist in planning, developing, organizing and implementing residence activities.
• Assist with transportation arrangements and escorts for activities.
• Assist with monthly newsletters and weekly calendars.
