Job summary

Henricksen, a leading contract furniture dealer, is seeking an Account Executive to grow the Senior Living Group. You will own the full sales cycle from lead generation to closure, delivering furniture and interior solutions that boost resident experience and staff effectiveness.

You will lead cross-functional teams, manage client relationships across manufacturers and vendors, and drive sales volume, margin, and strategic goals within the senior living segment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in sales, marketing, or related client-facing role.
• Experience selling senior living and multi-family furniture.
• Existing relationships in senior living or related ecosystems.
• Proficient in MS Office 365 applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Ability to lead or collaborate within a sales or project team.
• Strategic thinking with pipeline development.

Responsibilities

• Generate leads and manage full sales cycle for senior living clients.
• Develop territory sales plan and hit monthly/quarterly targets.
• Lead internal project/client teams and coordinate with vendors.
• Provide forecasts, pipeline activity, and new leads reports.
• Collaborate with VP of Sales and partners to close senior living opportunities.
