Job summary

Vario Productions is seeking a seasoned Live Sound Audio Engineer to operate, design, and maintain audio systems for corporate events and activations. You will lead show operations, ensure show-ready production, and collaborate with operations and planning teams across international events.

The role requires travel up to 75% during peak seasons, strong leadership, and exceptional communication. A flexible, team-focused environment with a remote-friendly office is offered.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of AV Live Sound Audio Engineering, preferably corporate events in a client-facing role.

Responsibilities

• Main show operator for live and Hybrid events.
• Manage audio hardware, software, and associated tools as onsite Audio Engineer, A1.
• Design, upgrade, and maintain audio systems for events.
• Travel to events up to 4+ times per month.
• Coordinate with vendors and project leads to fulfill equipment and labor needs.
• Advise on setup configurations to optimize sound within budget.
• Develop system configurations and connections solutions.
• Ensure all audio production elements are tested and show-ready.
