Job summary

Level AI is seeking a Senior Live Ops Analyst to lead production analytics and BI for live service releases across educational games. You will architect dashboards, run root-cause analyses, and advise leadership on bottlenecks to improve throughput and reliability.

You will mentor junior analysts, elevate analytical rigor, and partner with producers to implement data-driven process improvements that scale with our growth in the education tech space.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills with non-technical stakeholders, including executives.
• Experience mentoring or coaching junior analysts.
• Strong analytical thinking with the ability to translate data into actionable guidance.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end BI strategy for one or more release workstreams.
• Design and build dashboards in Tableau and Looker for throughput and milestone health.
• Write complex SQL queries (BigQuery/MySQL) and Python analyses for bottlenecks.
• Own the cadence and format of executive health check presentations.
• Lead investigations into bottlenecks and propose concrete process changes.
• Partner with producers and production leadership to shape BI-driven improvements.
• Mentor associate and mid-level analysts on SQL, data modeling, and dashboarding.
• Share cross-team insights and best practices across release teams.
• Establish and uphold data quality, definitions, and governance for production data.
