Job summary

Loud And Live is seeking a Senior Coordinator of Partnerships for onsite, seasonal work in Miami, FL. This role supports the Partnerships team by managing activations, deliverables, and post-event reporting, working closely with the GM of Partnerships and others to maximize sponsor value.

The ideal candidate has 2–4 years in events and brand partnerships, strong client services experience, and excellent written and verbal communication.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in marketing or related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in events, brand partnerships and client services.
• Strong organization with attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Assist in the day-to-day management of brand partnership and partner relationships.
• Track partnership deliverables and deadlines to ensure commitments are met on time.
• Assist in creation and editing of proposals and event recap reports.
• Collaborate closely with internal teams (event production, marketing, operations) to support partnership activations and asset delivery.
• Constantly looking for ways to optimize & streamline the management and execution of event partnership activations, fulfillment and deliverables
