Job summary

Loud And Live is seeking a Directors of Partnership Development to drive new sponsorship revenue across its live events and entertainment properties in Miami, FL. This role focuses on prospecting, presenting tailored proposals, negotiating complex deals, and building strong client relationships.

The successful candidate will manage a robust pipeline, collaborate across teams, and deliver measurable business outcomes for brands and Loud And Live.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of sponsorship sales experience in entertainment, sports or lifestyle events.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
• Ability to efficiently build, present and close sponsorship proposals.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Team-oriented with a proactive attitude and willingness to learn and grow.
• Passion for live events and brand partnerships.

Responsibilities

• Own and drive sponsorship revenue across the portfolio of events and properties.
• Identify, prospect, and secure new brand partners through outreach and relationship-building.
• Develop customized sponsorship proposals that align objectives with assets and audience insights.
• Lead negotiations for packages, renewals, and multi-year deals, aiming for six-figure+ agreements.
• Maintain a disciplined sales pipeline and provide revenue forecasts.
• Attend networking events and concerts to showcase and sell the portfolio.
