Job summary

CPG Agency, a leading experiential firm in St. Louis, seeks an experienced Executive Producer to drive large-scale business meetings and events. You will advise clients, shape messaging, and oversee complex productions from concept through delivery, including on-site leadership and post-event communication.

You will partner with senior clients and internal creative teams, managing budgets, schedules, and vendor relationships. A hybrid STL schedule is offered with some remote work flexibility.

Qualifications

• Significant experience leading large experiential projects and teams.
• Proven track record managing seven-figure budgets.
• Experience working with Fortune 500-level clients and executives.

Responsibilities

• Lead the project team from design through delivery, coordinating with clients and internal stakeholders.
• Oversee schedules and budgets to ensure deliverables meet targets and client objectives.
• Direct onsite management of executive, speaker, and rehearsals for seamless show flow.
