Creative Producers Group in St. Louis is seeking a smart, experienced Executive Producer to join our team. This role goes beyond schedules and budgets to advise clients and design experiences that move their objectives.

The Executive Producer leads large-scale projects, guiding the project team, crafting messaging, and ensuring successful on-site execution. Hybrid work with strategic client leadership is required.

Competenze

• Significant experience working with high-level clients including Fortune 500 C-level executives.
• Experience managing seven-figure budgets.
• Ability to travel 15-40% of time.
• Excellent communication and collaboration across teams.

Mansioni

• Produce our largest projects, leading a production team.
• Oversee all aspects from design through delivery, liaising between agency and clients.
• Develop and manage schedules and budgets to meet targets.
• Collaborate with Creative Directors, Associate Producers, Account Directors, and others.
• Lead content strategy, show flow, and messaging development.
• Ensure on-site show execution and stage readiness.
• Mentor junior producers.
• Select and manage internal and external resources.
• Ensure all project financial paperwork is completed timely.
• Coach executives in delivering presentations.
