Lowbrow Palace in El Paso is seeking a hands-on Security Manager to lead the venue's security team and oversee event operations for live performances. Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of security experience.
• Minimum 2 years in a supervisory role.
• Experience in concerts, festivals, sports, nightlife, or other high-volume venues.
• Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Lead, supervise, and schedule all venue security personnel.
• Recruit, train, coach, and evaluate security staff.
• Develop event-specific security and staffing plans.
• Conduct pre-show security briefings and assign post locations.
• Oversee guest entry, bag checks, credential verification, and access control.
• Monitor crowd behavior and respond quickly to disturbances, medical incidents, or emergencies.
• Coordinate artist, backstage, and VIP security.
• Complete detailed incident reports and recommend operational improvements.
• Work closely with venue management, production staff, promoters, EMS, police, and fire personnel during events.
• Ensure venue policies, safety regulations, and emergency procedures are consistently followed.
