Qualifications

• Minimum 3+ years of security experience.
• 1+ year in a supervisor or manager role.
• Experience working live events preferred.
• Military or law enforcement background desirable.
• Valid driver's license required.
• High School diploma or GED; BA preferred.

Responsibilities

• Plan, direct and supervise security and event staff.
• Maintain master schedules for security personnel.
• Coordinate interviews and hiring for security roles.
• Develop procedures to ensure a productive, safe work environment.
• Prepare oral and written reports as required.
• Update Emergency Operations Plan annually.
• Investigate incidents and ensure follow-up actions.
• Provide proactive customer service to guests.
• Coordinate with other operations groups for safety.
• Puts together staff estimates and security needs for events.
