Job summary

WilmerHale in New York seeks a Senior Litigation Support Coordinator to guide data handling in complex matters, advise on workflows, and manage budgets and project plans from inception.

You will implement discovery tools and GenAI solutions, supervise remote and onsite support, coordinate vendors, mentor colleagues, and ensure privacy compliance while delivering high-quality service under tight deadlines.

Qualifications

• Extensive knowledge of litigation and discovery practices in a law firm.
• Experience with AI-enabled discovery and TAR tools preferred.
• GenAI knowledge to improve efficiency and provide custom legal solutions.
• Programming knowledge: Visual Basic, C++, HTML; SQL and CPL helpful.
• Strong communication and project management skills with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Consults with client IT and legal stakeholders to coordinate secure client data transfer and firm handling.
• Advises attorneys and clients on data analysis and case automation needs; develops budgets and project plans.
• Evaluates emerging technologies and supports their acquisition and implementation.
• Develops specialized solutions using discovery tools and GenAI technologies; oversees implementation.
• Provides remote and onsite review support and equipment configuration.
• Troubleshoots litigation tech and network issues with firm teams and vendors.
• Manages discovery vendors, RFPs, proposals, and invoicing.
• Ensures compliance with data privacy requirements across jurisdictions.
• Mentors colleagues and delivers training on discovery tools and workflows.
• Maintains professionalism and timekeeping throughout engagements.
