Job summary

WilmerHale is seeking a Senior Litigation Support Coordinator to advise on data transfer, analysis, and production in complex matters. You will drive innovative discovery technologies, coordinate remote/onsite support, and manage vendor relationships while ensuring data privacy and compliance across matters.

You will mentor colleagues, lead projects under tight timelines, and articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders, delivering high-quality service to clients and teams.

Qualifications

• Extensive knowledge of litigation, discovery, and disclosure practices in a law firm.
• Experience with DISCO or similar advanced review platforms and CAL/TAR.
• GenAI tools to improve efficiency and support innovation in legal processes.
• Programming knowledge in VB, C++, HTML; database concepts and basic SQL.

Responsibilities

• Advise clients and attorneys on data analysis, workflows, and budgets; plan solutions.
• Develop and oversee specialized tech solutions; implement and support them.
• Manage discovery vendors, ensure data privacy compliance with multiple regimes.
• Lead training, project management, and documentation for discovery tech tools.
• Maintain professionalism and clear communication with clients, attorneys and vendors.
