WilmerHale seeks a Senior Litigation Support Coordinator to guide data handling, analytics, and automation across complex matters. You will advise clients and attorneys on workflows, coordinate secure data transfer, and drive technology adoption to improve efficiency and reduce risk.

You will implement and support traditional discovery tools, GenAI-assisted review, and data security standards while partnering with stakeholders to deliver cost-effective solutions.

Qualifications

• Extensive knowledge of litigation, discovery practices in a law firm environment.
• Experience with advanced review platforms and AI-enabled discovery (CAL/TAR).
• GenAI tools to improve efficiency and support innovation in investigations.
• Programming knowledge in VB, C++, HTML and related tech.
• Ability to explain the litigation data lifecycle and automate workflows.

Responsabilités

• Client advisory and solution planning with IT and legal stakeholders on data transfer and production.
• Advises on data analysis and case automation needs; develops budgets and plans.
• Evaluates emerging technologies and supports acquisition and implementation.
• Develops or coordinates discovery tools leveraging GenAI; manages implementation.
• Mentors colleagues and delivers training on discovery technology and workflows.
