Job summary

WilmerHale is seeking a Senior Litigation Support Coordinator to advise on client data handling, automate processes, and implement innovative tech for complex matters. The role combines advisory work with hands-on technology deployment and vendor management.

The candidate will lead cross-functional projects, coordinate with attorneys and IT, and ensure compliant handling of data while driving efficiency through GenAI and discovery tools. Hybrid schedule in Washington, DC area is expected.

Qualifications

• Minimum five (5) years’ experience with legal technologies, including at least three (3) in an advisory capacity, preferably in a law firm or discovery vendor environment
• Complex project leadership experience required

Responsibilities

• Consult with client IT and legal stakeholders to coordinate secure data transfer and production support
• Advise on data analysis and case automation needs; assess requirements, budgets, and plans
• Evaluate emerging technologies and support their acquisition and implementation
• Develop or coordinate solutions using traditional discovery tools and GenAI technologies
• Provide remote and onsite review support, including configuration and guidance
• Troubleshoot litigation technology and network issues with firm tech teams and vendors
• Manage discovery vendors and ensure data privacy compliance
• Mentor colleagues and deliver training on discovery technology tools
