Nossaman LLP seeks an experienced Legal Secretary to support a team of litigation attorneys handling complex matters in state and federal courts. The ideal candidate will manage sophisticated litigation support tasks, take ownership from inception to completion, and thrive in a deadline-driven environment in our Sacramento office onsite 4+ days a week.

The hourly range is $38.47–$46.16, with annual compensation expected between $75,000 and $90,000, depending on qualifications and experience.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of litigation secretary experience in a law firm.
• Strong knowledge of California state and federal court rules and e-filing.
• Ability to support multiple attorneys in a fast-paced setting.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and finalize pleadings, motions, briefs, and discovery.
• Coordinate court filings and deadlines across jurisdictions.
• Manage calendars, hearings, and travel for attorneys.
• Assist with billing, invoicing, and client communications.
