Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent relevant experience.
• 5+ years of experience supporting litigation attorneys and/or paralegals.
• Litigation experience required.
• Proven experience independently handling State and Federal e-filing and familiarity with court rules.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Adobe Acrobat; experience with legal technology platforms strongly preferred.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-level administrative and litigation support to attorneys and paralegals.
• Independently prepare, file, and serve documents across State, Federal, and Appellate courts.
• Manage ECF/e-filing, court rules, deadlines, and calendaring requirements.
• Support trial preparation and logistics, including motions in limine, jury instructions, and related materials.
• Prepare and manage litigation documents using Adobe Acrobat, Best Authority, iManage, and other legal technology.
• Coordinate with courts, process servers, messengers, vendors, and clients.
• Assist with billing, timekeeping, invoices, and client-related administrative needs.
